Creamy on the attack, then juicy with plenty of freshness and subtle fruit sweetness. Delicately tart elements with herbal spice on the finish.

Bründlmayer Fizz Rosé was created based on the Bründlmayer Brut. Its base consists of our organic wine grapes, used as verjus and grape juice, combined with carefully selected ingredients (rosehip, quince, aronia, etc.). Unique is the use of our own lightly sparkling and delicately aromatic carbon dioxide, recovered from the fermentation of our wines. In this way, Bründlmayer Fizz Rosé is significantly more environmentally friendly than dealcoholized wine or sparkling wine.
