As a festive, sparkling organic aperitif and a fine, non-alcoholic accompaniment to food, Bründlmayer Fizz Blanc & Fizz Rosé complete our range of beverages for upscale restaurants and culturally conscious specialty retailers.

A glass of Fizz Blanc or Fizz Rosé tastes great, whether before, after, or instead of wine and sparkling wine. Served as a festive organic aperitif from an ice bowl or with a meal in an elegant wine glass, Bründlmayer Fizz contributes to a communal drinking experience. At the table, we always want to drink something beautiful, whether with or without alkohol, the main thing is to enjoy it together!

The soft drink is based on verjus and grape juice from our vineyards. Combined with carefully selected organic ingredients (e.g. honeybush and bergamot for Fizz Blanc, rosehip, quince, and aronia for Fizz Rosé), the result is a unique sparkling taste experience that is not unlike the enjoyment of wine and sparkling wine. The fine-bubbled natural carbon dioxide recovered from the fermentation of our grapes contributes significantly to the special finesse of Bründlmayer Fizz Blanc & Fizz Rosé. In this way, Bründlmayer Fizz Rosé is significantly more environmentally friendly than dealcoholized wine or sparkling wine.
