Yellow stone fruit, a hint of greengage and yellow plum, delicate mineral nuances, subtle white-flower notes, a touch of arancini, inviting bouquet. Tight and elegant on the palate, white peach, lively, stimulating acidity, white apple, a lemony touch, vibrant and extremely youthful; shows excellent persistence, salty finish, with assured further aging potential.
