This alcohol-free juice pressed from still slightly ‘green’ grapes is a true speciality of great tradition. Today, we love to harvest grapes a little riper getting more fruit flavours as we use Verjus mostly as a basis for drinks, i.e. for mock- or cocktails. The easiest way to enjoy a great long drink would be to mix Bründlmayer Verjus with soda, add a dash of lime juice and some mint leaves.
