2025
Light yellow-green with silver reflections. Floral, delicate meadow herbs, subtle woody nuances, a mineral touch. Slender body, gentle acidity, a hint of pear, silky texture. A delicate food companion — lemony, balanced, white apple, a touch of blossom honey, offering light-footed drinking pleasure with a hint of salty freshness.
Most of the wines intended for the 2025 tirages impressed us so much that we decided to offer a small quantity of a cuvée as a still wine. Primarily because this light, high-quality blend simply tastes wonderful on its own. But of course, we also want to demonstrate that fine sparkling wine can only be made from the very best base wines.
46% Pinot Noir, 54% Chardonnay and Pinot Blanc, 86% base vintage 2023 with 15% older reserve wines, 14% vintage 2024 (Pinot Noir)
