The Pinot Noir grown there was harvested a little earlier in 2023 and gently pressed to produce a high-quality rosé wine. Spicy with fine fruit and good body, it delivers a full-bodied rosé with good drinkability, which, with a little bottle ageing, is also appreciated as a versatile accompaniment to food.
