Grüner Veltliner is the most popular grape in Austria. In the last 15 years it has become famous all over the world for its fresh, mineral, elegant and spicy wines.
This is a classic fresh, crisp and spicy Grüner Veltliner, blend of grapes sourced from elevated and therefore slightly cooler terraces with light, stony soils. Vinified in steel tank, no oak barrels.
Food pairing recommendation
A perfect aperitif and a companion to many starters such as smoked trout, ham, cold and warm vegetables such as asparagus, tapas, or fresh marinated goat cheese with herbs; also very good with pork, fish barbecue, sea food, or roasted chicken. Often served as a fresh white banquet wine.
