A kaleidoscope of fruit, particularly vineyard peach, passion fruit and lime accompanied by chili-like spice. Exudes cool elegance, crystal clear and delicate. Concentrated and lively with brioche, white currants and a salty note lingering on the long finale.

Impressively fine nose: the scent of flowers ­– acacia blossoms – meets white peaches & lemon balm, extremely refreshing and almost cool, both lively & complex; the graceful character follows through fully on the palate even with all the extract, again with bright fruit nuances, playful & quite elegant, setting a new standard for this category; racy with a long finish & room to grow. 

Initially somewhat restrained, but opens quickly while remaining transparent and delicate with candied lemon peel, brioche and even panettone emanating from the glass. Cool and finely delineated, classy and crystal clear. Fleur de sel and herbal spice with sage and thyme setting the tone. Expressive and promising, abundant elegance in every phase – will benefit from further bottle maturation.

An ethereal multi-faceted bouquet revealing scents of, among others, gooseberry, melon and citrus; so complex and posh; absolutely glittering. Very similar expressions on the palate, along with touches of herbal spice and fleur de sel; light-footed with a nice extract sweetness. Plenty of momentum with steely acidity accompanying the long finish.

Cool and gripping with a line up of sugar melon, gooseberry and peach notes. Very hearty and peppy - with  lighter fruit nuances; tightly-knit and structured, a  complete bouquet of herbs on the palate.  Smoky undertone, with a nervous  acidity in the finale. Impressive above all by elegance and dryness.
