Rosé Ried Loisium Pinot Noir

Delicate salmon-pink color, spicy aroma with a hint of blossoms, cherries, and wild berries; on the palate light-footed yet complex, gentle and juicy on the attack, a harmonious balance between freshness and richness, with subtle spice on the finish.
The gently sloping, sunny Loisium vineyard lies between the Bründlmayer wine tavern and the Loisium Hotel. The Pinot Noir grown there was harvested a little earlier in 2023 and gently pressed to produce a high-quality rosé wine. Spicy with fine fruit and good body, it delivers a full-bodied rosé with good drinkability, which, with a little bottle ageing, is also appreciated as a versatile accompaniment to food. A fine glass of wine for an autumn evening after work.
Between the Heurigenhof Bründlmayer and the Loisium Hotel lies a small vineyard planted with Pinot Noir. For several years now, it has not only been the hotel guests who have enjoyed the wine produced from these grapes, which they can also watch growing, so to speak. In 2023, we decided to harvest the grapes from the Ried Loisium a little earlier than usual. These were gently pressed without destemming and the must, which flowed into the cellar without pumping, produced an elegantly structured, fruity and spicy wine that is equally suitable as an aperitif or as a versatile accompaniment to food.
