The high-profile culinary spectacle will once again take place on September 12 and 13 at the Ottakringer Brewery. Tickets are already available.
In 2026, 110 of Austria’s best chefs will once again create a culinary firework at the Gault&Millau Genussmesse. As usual, up to 100 wineries and gourmet exhibitors will provide a top-class supporting program. For the third time, the Genussmesse will be held on the grounds of the Ottakringer Brewery. Here, the cooking and beverage stations can be arranged more spaciously, allowing visitor interest to be better distributed. The line-up will be announced במהלך 2026.
