Citrus (verbena) and bergamot with a hint of peppery spice. Delicately tart aromas of green grapes. Very fresh and subtly citrus-fruited on the palate as well, with a touch of balancing sweetness, good drinkability, and a finely spicy, subtly mineral finish.

Bründlmayer Fizz Blanc was composed following the model of Bründlmayer Brut. It is based on our organic wine grapes in the form of verjus and grape juice, combined with carefully selected ingredients (honeybush, bergamot, rooibos,...). What makes it unique is the use of our own finely pearled, delicately aromatic carbon dioxide, recovered from the fermentation of our wines. This makes Bründlmayer Fizz Blanc significantly more environmentally friendly than dealcoholized wine and sparkling wine.
