Sparkling base wines 2025 are bottled
Relief and satisfaction can be felt in the cellar after an intense week at the filling plant: for 2025, we have put all the mature and well-cared-for Sekt base wines on the bottle, where they will now undergo second fermentation and many months of maturation to become fine sparkling wine.
A lot of manual labour and time is required from the ripe grape to the perfectly matured Bründlmayer Brut. Even the preparation and blending of the wines can only be entrusted to specially experienced winemakers and cellar masters with flair.

As always, there is lots to do in the vineyards: the pleasantly cool and wet May mobilised a lot of energy for vegetative growth, which we are both maintaining and taming on the vine and on the ground. Flowering in the western Kamptal is still a few days away, which suits us very well in terms of a ‘normal’ start to the harvest
