Medium greenish-yellow with silvery highlights. Yellow tropical fruit, a hint of peach, a touch of candied orange zest; an inviting bouquet. Juicy and elegant, with a pleasant core of fruit sweetness, lively acidity, and a hint of blossom honey in the finish; already well-developed and ready to drink.
The Bründlmayer family owns 12 hectares right in the centre of the Zöbinger Heiligenstein. It's not only the oldest but probably also the most interesting on our estate: the soil consists of approximately 270 Mio years old Perm desert sandstone.

Charm, abundance, structure and depth already in the entry level
The year had started rather late for our vines. Sprouting was delayed by cool and dry weather, in April. By coincidence, this happily prevented damage by a cold northern air stream, which heavily affected early flowering fruits like apricots. In Kamptal we received the long sought after rain in mid-April and for 2023 this also meant the end of drought. At first, the green cover was flourishing and later, still in May, the slightly late yet vital sprouting took place.
