Intriguing red berry entrée with a touch of fresh pears and hay flowers, rich and solid, though still somewhat reduced but truly pithy, some pome fruit in the “umami” mid palate, well balanced by vibrant acidity, promising.

Delicate bouquet of pome and stone fruit enriched by flowery aspects (acacia) with a whiff of spice and yeast, dry, refreshing and stimulating, very sappy and well bodied with frequent joyful bursts of fruit flavor, perfectly balanced, as it also shows a strong backbone and good length.

Delicate pear fruit and a hint of snow peas, refreshing & stimulating, nicely balanced even early-on; very juicy at medium volume, already harmonious, frequent bursts of fruit-flavour, almost plump but also shows a lot of backbone & some length.

Snow peas and rhubarb in the bouquet, slightly restrained, but subsequently reveals multiple nuances. Sponge cake and candied orange zest on the palate, middle bodied, quite nuanced and delicately woven, a statement in elegance.

Fragrant wine of quince, ripe apple, wet fern and faint nougat notes. Lovely. Palate has intensity and concentration on its side, freshness too, good length, crispness, melon and stone fruit flavours, green apple to finish. Easy drinking with charisma.

A reductive hint appears at first, then comes an attractive fleshy expression. Surprisingly round with notes of pomaceous fruit, especially old apple varieties; also some black pepper. Shows a nice gentle flow.

Black bread and quince notes, though still somewhat reserved with a yeast note underneath. Fleshy and supple, balanced – also reductive and restrained with some stone fruit tones.

Delicate flavors of honey flowers, quince jelly, and bee wax with hints of ripe stone & pome fruit and herbal spice; dry, soft and fully mature, complex, juicy and powerful, though its delicate structure and noble understatement prevail, impressive length and balance with still a little grip telling the hot vintage.
