Apple, fresh pears and hay flowers, rich and solid, though still somewhat reduced but truly pithy, some pome fruit in the “umami” mid palate, well balanced by vibrant acidity, promising.

Brilliant, multi-layered and fresh bouquet, featuring vineyard-peaches, white flowers and lemon (cedro) peel combined with some cool spice; on the pallet dry & fresh again, crystal clear and full of grace, featuring lemon zest and white currant with a touch of juvenile yeast, very dense and energetic at first, then full of finesse showing a long mineral & spicey finish, an excellent representant of this great Heiligenstein vintage.

Bright yellow-green with silver reflections. Fresh citrus zest, delicate peach notes, a hint of passion fruit, dark minerality. Medium complexity, white stone fruit, lemony finish, multifaceted acidity, mineral, light-footed finish, good food pairing.
