Wine Diary
Busy hands
July 19, 2024
The ripening time of the grapes sounds like peace and quiet. But to ensure that the berries, which will soon be the size of peas can actually ripen undisturbed, some care is still required. This work, such as last quantity corrections or the final clearing of the grape zone, is most effective when carried out by expert hands.

The LYRA training still offers the grapes protection from the hot midday sun after pruning.
In partial shade (as with the tea leaves), the berries develop a particularly fine flavor profile, which is also reflected in the wines made from them.
