Kamptal for refined palates! The smaller the origin, the more “personal” the wine. It is in the hands of the winemakers to make the character of the vintage, their vineyards, and the grapes “precious” in the wine.
Vincents Vineyards
Vincent Bründlmayer bought a small parcel planted with old Grüner Veltliner vines from his father on the impressive Spiegel “Erste Lage” vineyard and since 2011 he has been making his very own wines in limited edition which display lots of individuality, finesse and character.
Out of the Vineyards
“Our carefully tended organic vineyards are the family's real treasure!” reveals Willi Bründlmayer. They are mainly dedicated to wine, of course. But they also enable us to produce non-alcoholic beverages such as grape juice, verjus, Fizz Blanc & Fizz Rosé, and the fresh and cheeky Grapester. From the myriad of tiny grape seeds, we also obtain mini quantities of valuable cold-pressed grape seed oil, and in good years we also steal a little vineyard honey from our bees.
