Rarity
St. Laurent
2022

Pure and Fragrant bouquet with only hints of black cherries and red and black berries framed by spicy, flowery and earthy tones; dry light and refreshing taste of once again cherry (skin), berries and fresh garden herbs, elegant cool style yet well structured, with still some youthful tannins leading to a fresh and spicy finish.
Food pairing recommendation
Pasta, roast turkey or pork, braised filet of lamb or young game, fresh cheeses, smoked fish, vegetables etc.
Pinot Noir
2021

Opens with a deep, fresh and Burgundian bouquet of ripe yet elegant wood-berry fruit intertwined with a chalky finesse. Clear, fresh and silky on the palate, with a nice backbone based on its well-integrated acidity and a juvenile grip, with a hint of oak in the long, spicy finish.
Food pairing recommendation
Grilled meats including game, duck and goose as well as all sorts of roast or braised meats, fresh cheeses etc.
Zweigelt Reserve
2015

Dark, youthful, clear cherry red; charming bouquet of sour cherries, ripe berries, plums, and toasty, spicy aromas reminding of the woods of the Kamptal. Dry, with good acidity, a lot of fresh cherry and a whiff of ripe berry fruit on the palate, balanced and well structured, sappy with still some grip of mature grape and oak tannin, hints of dark chocolate, minerals and spice at the finish
Food pairing recommendation
For pastas and barbecues in summer, roasted veal and pork, veal and pork leaver, young venison and lamb, soft cheese dishes when more mature…
