Autumn has blessed us with its gifts: in addition to bread and wine, young game, wonderful fish from our lakes and rivers, and all kinds of poultry, but also aromatic mushrooms, fruit, nuts and much more enrich a beautifully decorated table: now comes a happy time!  If a special evening is on the cards, we dig deep into the cellar for our guests and bring out the best wines of the moment from vintages that are already fine to drink. However, aeration in a carafe is still a good idea!

Vincent Bründlmayer bought a small parcel planted with old Grüner Veltliner vines from his father on the impressive Spiegel “Erste Lage” vineyard and since 2011 he has been making his very own wines in limited edition which display lots of individuality, finesse and character.

Our carefully tended, organically cultivated vineyards are the true treasure of the family," reveals Willi Bründlmayer. "Of course, they are primarily dedicated to wine. But they also allow us to produce non-alcoholic beverages such as grape juice, Verjus, or our fresh and lively refreshment, Grapester! From the countless tiny grape seeds, we also obtain small amounts of valuable cold-pressed grape seed oil, and in good years, we even take a little vineyard honey from our bees.
