Light salmon hue with red-golden reflections. A fine persistent mousse, delicate but very animated. The fruit & spice aroma gives undertones of cherries and wild strawberries, a bit of citrus and caramel and yeast notes. Fruity and creamy with an underlying complexity on the palate; also elegant acidity and a minerally extract. Remarkably harmonious structure.

Beautiful light-weighted pink colour, intriguing aroma of fine red fruits (cherry, wild strawberries) accompanied by delicate floral hints (violets) and (youthful) yeasty notes. A refreshing front palate with lively acid elements, then a red-fruited mid-palate with a juicy profile, medium body, balanced, really much fun based, finely structured with a pleasant floral and slightly herbal finale.

Youthful bouquet, fresh, pleasantly fruity and yet delicate, of hay flowers, pome and stone fruit, with pink grapefruit and freshly cut citrus peel, light pepper spice with a hint of vanilla pods; fresh and dry with juicy fruit (freshly cut apples and citrus fruits) and many nuances, delicate melting with a dense structure, with a pleasantly long, spicy, even salty finish.
