When the leaves dance from the trees, the chestnuts leap from their spiky shells, and the young wines bubble in the cellar, then it’s perfectly fine to let your glass sparkle after work! Relax and listen to the delicate fizz of the fine mousse of a Bründlmayer Brut.

The time of harvest, of the hunt, of colorful forests and their treasures, of pasture-raised geese and pond, lake, or river fish… is always a “wedding” for wine. If a special evening is on the horizon, we like to reach a little deeper into the cellar for you and bring out the finest wines from vintages that are already drinking beautifully. Decanting in a carafe still does them good, though!

Vincent Bründlmayer bought a small parcel planted with old Grüner Veltliner vines from his father on the impressive Spiegel “Erste Lage” vineyard and since 2011 he has been making his very own wines in limited edition which display lots of individuality, finesse and character.

“Our carefully tended organic vineyards are the family's real treasure!” reveals Willi Bründlmayer. They are mainly dedicated to wine, of course. But they also enable us to produce non-alcoholic beverages such as grape juice, verjus, Fizz Blanc & Fizz Rosé, and the fresh and cheeky Grapester. From the myriad of tiny grape seeds, we also obtain mini quantities of valuable cold-pressed grape seed oil, and in good years we also steal a little vineyard honey from our bees.
